The brand identity for Cloudbreak reflects the strength and sophistication of the residence itself – a contemporary, brutalist-inspired designer duplex that rises from one of the most iconic beachfront sites on the Gold Coast. We developed a customised wordmark that balances architectural weight with refined detailing, drawing from the home’s material palette and design cues. The identity’s bold, sculptural typography echoes the home’s concrete forms and structural rhythm, while the chosen colour palette – grounded and elemental – was informed by the tones of stone, steel, and timber found throughout the project. More than just a nameplate, the Cloudbreak identity gives this landmark residence a distinct, considered presence—honouring its location and architectural intent with clarity and character.
